CampoBase ha contribuito alla pubblicazione Futuri Urbani, un progetto iniziato oltre un anno fa che si presenta adesso sotto forma di collana editoriale.
Futuri Urbani è descritto dagli iniziatori del progetto come un percorso di riflessione critica sulla città, avviatosi nella completa inconsapevolezza del punto d’arrivo ma irremovibile sin dall’inizio in merito alla necessità e all’urgenza di adottare e rinnovare una postura critica e trasformativa rispetto alla condizione della città contemporanea.
Nato come una giornata seminariale interfacoltà, Futuri Urbani divenuto poi un ciclo di conferenze online a causa delle restrizioni imposte dalla pandemia, e si presenta oggi nei tre volumi intitolati “città ostile”, “città fragile” e “città viva”.
La collana “Futuri Urbani” in cui sono raccolti 27 contributi redatti da persone e realtà afferenti a diversi ambiti e settori disciplinari, è perciò da considerarsi non come un punto d’arrivo ma come un momento di un più ampio processo in divenire, in cui sia le finalità che le modalità di organizzazione del dialogo possano mutare ed adattarsi alle contingenze.

CampoBase contributed to the publication Futuri Urbani (Urban Futures), a project started over a year ago which is now presented in the form of an editorial series.
Futuri Urbani is described by its initiators as a path of critical reflection on the city, which began in complete unawareness of the point of arrival but adamant from the outset regarding the need and urgency to adopt and renew a critical and transformative posture with respect to the condition of the contemporary city.
Started out as an inter-faculty seminar day later became a cycle of online conferences due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, Futuri Urbani is presented today in three volumes titled "hostile city", "fragile city" and "living city".
The Futuri Urbani series, consisting of 27 contributions written by people and realities belonging to different fields and disciplinary sectors, is therefore to be considered not as a point of arrival but as a moment of a broader process in progress, in which both the aims and the ways of organizing the dialogue can change and adapt to contingencies.
CampoBase wrote a text (available only in Italian) titled INHABITING PRECARITY. CURATORIAL EXPERIMENTS IN URBAN CONTEXTS THAT CHANGE for the volume 3 'living city'.
